We have 5 warehouses, and depending on your location, this is how it ships:

UK: Sent from our Birmingham warehouse with DPD (24 hrs).
Canada: Sent from our Toronto warehouse (1–5 days)
USA: Sent from our Florida warehouse (1–5 days for contiguous USA)
Germany, Austria, Netherlands, and Belgium: Sent from Flensburg with DHL (1–3 days).
Denmark, Sweden, and Finland: Sent from Copenhagen with Bring (1–3 days).
Spain, Italy, Switzerland: Sent from Copenhagen with DHL (2–4 days).
All other countries: Sent from Copenhagen with DHL or UPS (2-4 days).

All VAT and taxes are included for all European countries. For US and Canada, tax is added at checkout, depending on billing address.

All other costs are included. There will be no extra charges upon delivery.

As soon as the parcel is sent, you will receive information about tracking.
